Slinger - Entry Level Position (Malindi)


Our company is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Slinger to join our team in Malindi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the loading and unloading of materials on construction sites, ensuring they are moved safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the movement of materials using slings, chains, or ropes
- Properly securing materials to cranes or other equipment for lifting
- Communicating effectively with crane operators and other team members
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of construction equipment and materials
- Good communication skills in English (Swahili is a plus)
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this entry level position is 1500$ per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, with typical working hours being Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Occasional overtime may be required based on project needs.

Accommodation is not provided for this position. Candidates must have their own accommodation in Malindi.
