We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Sheduva. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and practical designs for various construction projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure that designs meet all requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are structurally sound and meet all building codes.
- Provide cost estimates for materials and labor.
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary: 1600$ per month
