Architectural Designer
Location: Sheduva, Pakistan or Nepal
Salary: $1000 per month



The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural plans. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent design skills, and experience in using various design software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural plans according to client's requirements and specifications
- Create 3D models and renderings of proposed designs
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any design issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Strong creative thinking skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
