Smelter Operator
The Smelter Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment to extract metal from ore, ensuring the safe and efficient production of metal. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of smelting processes, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments to equipment as needed. This role will require physical labor and the use of heavy machinery, so candidates should be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A strong attention to detail is also essential in order to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols. The Smelter Operator will work closely with a team and report directly to the Smelting Supervisor. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with accommodation options for those who require it. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to obtain one for employment in Nakuru, Canada.
