Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Remish. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract customers
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profits
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalees preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have experience working in a restaurant setting
Salary: Starting at 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Remish (accommodation provided)
Visa: Free visa provided
