Sales Executive

A leading retail company in Dickirch is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers, as well as maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products to customers through various channels such as in-store, online, and over the phone
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and offering suitable product recommendations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and keeping track of stock levels
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required
- Must be fluent in English with strong communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid biometric passport is required for travel purposes (accommodation will be provided)
