Facade Designer

Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for design and architecture? Do you have experience in facade design and a strong eye for aesthetics? We are looking for a skilled Facade Designer to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg.

As our Facade Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs for building facades. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to develop designs that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements
- Develop facade designs that are both functional and visually appealing
- Create 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings using CAD software
- Select materials and finishes that meet project specifications and budget constraints
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility of design proposals
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Familiarity with construction materials and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
