Industrial Architect for Innovative Design Firm in Sheduva

Our innovative design firm in Sheduva is seeking a talented and creative Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, structures, and facilities that are functional, efficient, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Utilize specialized software to create detailed blueprints, models, and renderings of industrial buildings
- Conduct site visits to assess the location and gather information for design purposes
- Research building codes, regulations, and environmental impact standards to ensure compliance in all designs
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Incorporate sustainable design practices into all projects to promote energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred:
- Previous experience working with Indian clients or on projects in India
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work without supervision or as part of a team
