Industrial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and other manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed designs and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to oversee the construction process and ensure quality control
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally authorized to work in Sheduva. English proficiency is required.
