Claims Adjuster

As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and processing insurance claims. Your main duties will include conducting interviews, analyzing policy coverage, and negotiating settlements. You will also be required to communicate with clients and other professionals involved in the claims process. This is a contract position based in Eldoret, open to Indian nationals with no English proficiency requirement. No prior experience is necessary for this role, making it an ideal opportunity for entry-level professionals or women looking to enter the insurance industry.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Investigating insurance claims by interviewing claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties
- Analyzing policy coverage and determining the validity of claims
- Negotiating settlements with claimants and their representatives
- Maintaining accurate records of all claim activities
- Communicating effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other professionals involved in the claims process
- Adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements related to insurance claims handling

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English proficiency requirement
