Sales Manager - Al Buraymi



We are a fast-growing company in the retail industry looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure team members meet their goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales management, preferably in the retail industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, along with other benefits such as health insurance and performance bonuses.
