Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bungoma. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in managing a restaurant, be able to work under pressure, and have excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including staff management, customer service, and ensuring quality of food and service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and profitability of the restaurant
- Create work schedules for staff and manage payroll
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Education:
A degree or diploma in hospitality or related field is preferred but not required.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

This position is located in Bungoma, Kenya.
