Handyman for Contract Work in Malindi, Kenya

We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team for contract work in Malindi, Kenya. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various repair and maintenance tasks on our properties. This position requires someone with strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other team members.
- Ensure that all work is completed accurately and to high-quality standards.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in various repair tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when necessary.

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
