As an Accountant for our company in Muscat, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our organization. Your duties will include preparing and analyzing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and overseeing payroll and tax processes. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent mathematical and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as experience with accounting software. Canadian citizenship is preferred for this position, and candidates must have a valid biometric passport. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Monitor budgets and make recommendations for cost-cutting or revenue-enhancing measures
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely payments to employees
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant laws
- Communicate with internal teams to gather financial information or resolve any discrepancies
- Keep up-to-date on changes in accounting regulations or standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and best practices
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
