Merchandising Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Albena. As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the purchasing, distribution, and display of products for our company. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for product merchandising. Experience in merchandising or retail is preferred. This is a part-time position with flexible hours that can accommodate candidates with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the merchandising team to plan and execute product displays and promotions
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product displays are up to company standards
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions for future merchandising strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to create visually appealing displays that attract customers
- Train new employees on company merchandise standards and techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for product placement and display
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

This job is located in Albena, a beautiful coastal city in Bulgaria known for its sandy beaches and vibrant tourist attractions.

Preference:
This job is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates. Fluency in English is required.
