Customer Service Cashier

We are currently seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Cashier to join our team in St. Petersburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in cash handling and providing excellent customer service. This role requires proficiency in Malayalam and basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and assist with their purchases
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies
- Count and reconcile cash at the end of each shift
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam and have basic English communication skills
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle money accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
