Restaurant Manager - Jerusalem



Our busy restaurant in Jerusalem is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Create schedules for employees
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Conduct regular staff meetings to provide updates, training, and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Urdu/Hindi is a plus)
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.

The restaurant is located in Jerusalem, making it easily accessible by public transportation.
