Indian Restaurant Manager in Jerusalem
Our restaurant in Jerusalem is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a restaurant, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a seasonal position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality or have extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager is required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is an advantage)
- Valid work visa or ability to obtain own visa
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and cost control.
- Creating schedules for employees and ensuring proper staffing levels at all times.
- Training new employees on company policies and procedures.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Managing budgets and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.
