Skilled Handyman



We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. This position is suitable for men of any nationality who have experience in various maintenance and repair tasks. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic electrical work such as changing light fixtures, outlets, and switches
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues including leaky faucets, clogged drains, and toilet repairs
- Complete general carpentry tasks such as patching drywall, painting walls and trim, and repairing doors and windows
- Conduct routine maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project updates

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role
- Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks on a regular basis
- Attention to detail with strong time management skills
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation; therefore it is preferred that the candidate already has housing arrangements in Siauliai.
