Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Architectural Technologist, your main responsibility will be to assist in the design and development of architectural projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed within budget and meet all necessary regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
- Utilize AutoCAD and other software programs to create accurate designs
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project planning
- Assist in creating project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Review construction plans for accuracy and make any necessary modifications
- Stay updated on industry standards, building codes, and regulations
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

Salary: $1000 per month

City: Las Vegas (Preference for Indian or Pakistani candidates)
