Floral Designer



We are currently hiring a talented and experienced Floral Designer to join our team at our flower shop in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a floral designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and creating floral arrangements according to clients' preferences and event themes
- Selecting the best quality flowers and greenery for arrangements
- Cutting, trimming, and arranging flowers to create visually appealing designs
- Maintaining inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends in floral design to offer innovative ideas to clients

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in various floral design techniques such as wiring, taping, and bow making
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Creativity and artistic ability to design unique arrangements
- Excellent communication skills to understand clients' needs and preferences
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Physical dexterity for handling delicate flowers and tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Floriculture or related field is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of business operations such as budgeting and inventory management
