Courier Supervisor


We are hiring a Courier Supervisor to oversee our team of couriers in Mecca. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of couriers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Plan and assign routes for couriers based on package volume, traffic conditions, and time constraints.
- Monitor courier performance and provide feedback or training as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers, delivery times, and recipient information.
- Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or complaints related to deliveries.
- Collaborate with other departments such as customer service and logistics to improve overall delivery process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Courier or in a similar supervisory role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (preferred).
- Familiarity with Mecca's roads and traffic patterns.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of biometric passports is a plus.

Salary: $1500 per month

This is a contract position suitable for men. Indian nationality is preferred but not required.
