Concrete Construction Worker
As a Concrete Construction Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of various structures using concrete materials. You will work alongside a team to pour, spread, and finish concrete surfaces according to blueprints and specifications. This position requires physical strength and stamina as well as the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing worksite by setting up forms, scaffolds, and other equipment
- Mix concrete according to specifications
- Pour and spread concrete evenly using various tools such as rakes, trowels, and screeds
- Operate power tools such as saws and drills to cut and shape concrete
- Smooth and level surfaces using hand or power tools
- Apply curing or sealing compounds to protect finished surfaces
- Repair damaged concrete structures or surfaces
- Follow safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or working with concrete is preferred but not required
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and materials
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Good communication skills in English (or local language)
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Vilnius (preference for local workers but open to all nationalities)
