Head Pastry Chef - Bansko, Bulgaria (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Head Pastry Chef to join our team at a renowned 5-star resort in Bansko, Bulgaria. This is a great opportunity for an experienced pastry chef with a passion for creating delectable desserts and pastries.

As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pastry department, including menu planning, ordering supplies, and managing a team of pastry cooks. Your main focus will be on creating visually stunning and delicious desserts that will impress our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new dessert menu items that showcase your creativity and use of high-quality ingredients
- Ensure all pastries and desserts are prepared to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain efficient operations
- Train and supervise pastry cooks to ensure consistency in production and adherence to food safety standards
- Monitor food costs and work within budgetary guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry production methods
- Creative flair for developing unique dessert creations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Understanding of food safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef
- Fluency in English is required
- Indian nationality is preferred

Salary:
