Computer Support Specialist
As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers with computer hardware, software, and network issues. Your main goal will be to ensure that all computer systems are running smoothly and efficiently for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Monitor system performance and identify potential problems
- Provide guidance and training to users on basic system operations
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Previous experience working with clients from India is preferred
Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (remote work may be considered)
