Technical Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Kaunas. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming technical support requests via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Provide guidance and support to clients on how to effectively use our products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other members of the technical support team to find solutions to complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas.

Preference:
This job is open for Indian nationals with own visa.

Other Information:
This is a part-time position with potential for full-time employment in the future. We are urgently looking for someone who can start immediately.
