We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in a visually appealing and organized manner in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper placement and display of products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with retail store managers to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Train store staff on product knowledge and proper merchandising techniques
- Analyze sales trends and make recommendations for product placement and assortment adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales data, and store feedback

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing or business is a plus
- 2+ years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
