Sales Manager - Los Angeles (Filipino Preferred)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase company revenue and profitability. This position requires someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet company targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage existing client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and stay updated on industry developments
- Prepare sales reports and present to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Filipino language skills preferred)
- Ability to think strategically and problem solve effectively
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
