Experienced Barista - Atlanta, GA


We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our bustling coffee shop in the vibrant city of Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take orders and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and smoothies
- Operate equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Restock supplies as needed
- Ensure all health standards are met when preparing food items

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art techniques is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail when preparing beverages
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must have reliable transportation

Salary:
$1500 per month
