As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate has previous experience working as a Barista, is passionate about coffee, and has exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Educate customers on our coffee selection and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the coffee shop area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory by ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt service and addressing any issues that may arise
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary: $1500 per month
