We are in search of a creative and experienced Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and visual elements of our projects, ensuring they are aligned with our brand and vision. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts, create designs, and provide direction for various campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively towards achieving goals
- Familiarity with current design trends and techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Indian national preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the visual aspects of all projects and ensure they align with our brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop concepts for campaigns
- Create design mockups and present ideas to stakeholders
- Provide guidance and feedback to designers
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into designs
- Work closely with production team to ensure quality control
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
