Executive Chef - African Cuisine (Al Ahmadi, Kuwait)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef with a passion for African cuisine to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. Our restaurant is known for its unique and authentic African dishes, and we are looking for someone who can bring their creativity and expertise to our kitchen.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations. This includes menu development, food preparation, inventory management, and ensuring high quality standards are consistently met. You will also be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff, as well as implementing proper food safety and sanitation procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting. A strong background in African cuisine is preferred, but not required. The ability to work well under pressure and lead a team is essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with visa sponsorship for non-Kuwaiti nationals. This position is open to both Africans and Egyptians who meet the qualifications.
