Plumber Technician


We are a plumbing services company based in Nairobi, providing high-quality, reliable and cost-effective solutions to our clients. We are looking for a skilled Plumber Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in plumbing and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

As a Plumber Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will also be required to respond to emergency calls for repairs and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a plumber
- Diploma or certification in plumbing
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Biometric passport for easy travel within Nairobi

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems (e.g. pipes, fixtures, faucets)
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine requirements for new installations or repairs
- Follow building codes and regulations during installations or repairs
- Respond to emergency calls for repairs promptly
- Provide estimates for plumbing services to clients
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided
