Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant


We are currently hiring a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all guest rooms and public areas in our hotel. This position is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to established standards
- Change linens and make beds according to hotel procedures
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean windows
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management
- Follow all safety procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Assist with laundry duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with the potential for overtime during peak seasons. The schedule will include weekends and holidays. As part of our employee benefits package, we offer visa sponsorship for foreign nationals.

Salary:
