Sales Manager (Indian Nationals)


We are a fast-growing company in Dubai and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be Indian national with excellent communication skills in English and a proven track record in sales. This is a contract position with an attractive salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Create sales plans and forecasts, and report on sales performance regularly
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate team members
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
