Sales Manager

A reputable company in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and has a strong understanding of the Pakistani market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage sales team and provide training, coaching, and support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and provide regular reports to management
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Manager
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of the Pakistani market is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Salary: 1200$ per month (plus commission)
