Florist Assistant

We are currently seeking a talented and hardworking individual to join our team as a Florist Assistant in Nairobi. This position is open to Indian nationals who are looking for a full-time job without the requirement of English proficiency. As a Florist Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced florists in creating beautiful floral arrangements for our clients. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is necessary, but a passion for flowers and willingness to learn is required.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the florists in preparing and arranging flowers for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and special events
- Learning about different types of flowers, their care and maintenance, and incorporating them into arrangements
- Helping with inventory management, including ordering supplies and keeping track of stock levels
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting clients, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have
- Assisting with deliveries to various locations within Nairobi

Requirements:
- Indian national with valid biometric passport for easy travel to Kenya
- Ability to work full-time without English proficiency
- A keen interest in flowers and willingness to learn from experienced florists
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to create beautiful and visually appealing floral arrangements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Physically fit as the job may require lifting heavy objects
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as needed
