We are hiring a skilled Formworker to join our team in Utena. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating the molds and forms used in concrete construction projects. This role requires precision and attention to detail, as well as physical strength and stamina.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine form specifications
- Measure and cut materials, such as wood or metal, to create forms
- Assemble forms using nails, screws, or glue
- Install reinforcing bars or wire mesh inside forms to reinforce concrete
- Pour or shovel concrete into forms and smooth surfaces using various tools
- Remove forms once concrete has dried and clean up work area
- Inspect completed forms for quality and make necessary repairs or adjustments

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Formworker or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting construction plans
- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Fluency in Nepali preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
