We are a busy bakery in Khasab, Kenya looking for a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, baking in ovens, and decorating finished products.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker
- Proven knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough by measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Shape dough into various forms such as loaves or rolls
- Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods in ovens following proper temperature and time guidelines
- Decorate finished products with icing or other toppings as needed
- Monitor ovens during the baking process to ensure proper cooking times are followed
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free from hazards
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other bakery staff to ensure timely production of goods
- Assist with inventory management by keeping track of ingredient levels
