Indian Construction Manager in Hawalli


We are in search of a skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Hawalli. As an Indian Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor progress and ensure that work meets required standards.
- Communicate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Prepare reports and updates for upper management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

This job is located in Hawalli, Kuwait. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport.
