We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Hawalli, Kuwait. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the construction project from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, identify resources needed and allocate responsibilities to team members
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project phases
- Monitor progress of construction project and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines
- Manage project budget and ensure that costs are kept within budget limits
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including clients, vendors, contractors to provide updates on project progress
- Identify potential issues or risks that may impact the project timeline or budget and develop solutions to mitigate them
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Hawalli, Kuwait.
