Sales Manager - Indian Nationality (Hawalli, Kuwait)

We are a leading company in the Hawalli region and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with Indian nationality to join our team. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Build strong relationships with clients and negotiate contracts to secure new business
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid residence in Hawalli, Kuwait
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the English speaking market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month along with other benefits. This is a contract job for an initial period of 1 year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
