Florist for a Flower Shop in Lom, Bulgaria

We are in search of a skilled and creative Florist to join our team at our flower shop in Lom, Bulgaria. As a Florist, you will be responsible for arranging and designing beautiful floral displays for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and other special events.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design floral arrangements based on customer requests and preferences
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs
- Process payments for orders and maintain accurate records
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote the flower shop through social media or local events
- Keep the store clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and friendly personality
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Floral Design or related field is preferred
- Proficient in English (knowledge of Nepali or Urdu is a plus)
- Must have own biometric passport for travel purposes if needed

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1800 per month.

Location:
Our flower shop is located in the beautiful city of Lom, Bulgaria. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally allowed to work in Bulgaria.
