We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company in Ashdod, Israel seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to meet individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of competition
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of relevant software such as CRM systems

Salary: 1200$ (negotiable based on experience)
