We are a renowned bakery in Moscow, seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delectable desserts and pastries, as well as a strong understanding of baking techniques and flavor combinations.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing dessert menus for our bakery
- Ensuring quality and consistency in all pastries produced
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Training and supervising pastry assistants
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work stations
- Collaborating with other kitchen staff to create cohesive menus

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef (at least 3 years)
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and flavor combinations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Creativity and innovation in creating new pastry recipes
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to train others effectively

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Salary: $1100 per month, negotiable based on experience.
