Network and Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Jerusalem. As our Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, servers, and virtualization environments. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues that arise and providing support to end-users.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution
- Manage virtualization environments such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Maintain server infrastructure including installation of operating systems, updates, patches, and backups
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments (2008/2012/2016)
- Knowledge of security protocols such as firewalls and VPNs
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve technical issues
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

Location:
This is a contract position based in Jerusalem. Preference will be given to Egyptian candidates who are fluent in English.

This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates without prior experience. However, some previous experience in networking or systems administration would be an advantage.
