We are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. Your primary focus will be ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our web applications while also collaborating with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain server-side logic for web applications
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of web applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to integrate user-facing elements
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback for improvements
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in a timely manner
- Participate in the planning and implementation of new features and functionality

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Proficient in back-end programming languages such as Java, Python or Ruby on Rails
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Understanding of server-side templating languages like Jade, EJS or Jinja2
- Knowledge of server-side architecture principles and design patterns
- Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
