Construction Project Manager


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in Bungoma. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project resources effectively
- Review project designs and plans for accuracy and feasibility
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project success
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager (foreign experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of managing successful construction projects within budget and schedule constraints
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate teams towards common goals
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
