Information Technology Manager vacancy in Kaunas Lithuania

IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and systems of our company. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the hardware, software and networks that are critical to our daily operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives
- Evaluate, install, configure and maintain hardware, software and network systems
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Identify potential technology risks and develop contingency plans
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software and network issues
- Manage IT budget and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of hardware, software, networks and data security principles
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards common goals
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in additional languages is a plus)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1200 per month.

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania.

While this position is open to all nationalities, preference will be given to candidates who have their own visa/work permit for Lithuania. Fluency in English is also preferred.
