Information Technology Manager vacancy in Kaunas Lithuania

IT Manager:

We are searching for an experienced and innovative IT Manager to join our growing team in Kaunas. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technologies and processes, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's information technology systems
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security of all data and systems through regular backups and updates
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements to our systems
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and support services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels

Preferred:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running concurrently
- Certification in project management or other relevant areas
- Prior experience managing a diverse team with varying levels of experience

Salary: $1100 per month.

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania.

This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. We are open to candidates without prior experience as long as they possess the required skills and qualifications.
